This week’s I Heart Faces theme is Slice Of Life. When I read what it was, I immediately thought of this picture.
We were on at a shopping strip while on a mini vacation. It was a great day. The kids ate ice cream, chocolate covered bananas, cookies, got tons of new stuff from us and grandpa. I look over at my son and he’s dancing right on the sidewalk and he said to me, “I just can’t help it. I’m so happy mom!” I will never EVER forget that moment.

This week’s theme for I Heart Faces is “Photojournalism”. I thought this was the perfect photo.
It was raining this day and had been for about a week I believe. So my children were bored out of their minds. And my oldest just sat there, so pensive. I just had to take a picture.

I am so happy that I placed #8 in I Heart Faces this week! Yay!
Here is my beautiful Juliette. When I sat her down on the library floor, she was amazed by all of the books. She loves books and all I heard from her over and over again was, “Book Book Book Book”.
